To guarantee this, Santa Maria Group offers comprehensive pre- and post-sales services, in which we conduct analyses to determine the ideal paper for your project or to properly configure and adjust your machine’s settings. These actions aim to avoid losses and provide maximum performance.
Santa Maria is committed to ensuring that its customers achieve the highest standards of quality and performance with its products. To achieve this, we offer an after-sales service, which includes proactive technical visits to customers to provide the necessary support.
This support is also accessible during pre-sales, guiding the selection of the most suitable paper to obtain the best performance.
In addition, we provide remote or face-to-face support to customers for any issues related to the quality of Santa Maria papers, identified during receipt or use of the material. Our aim is to resolve these issues in the shortest possible time, which can be speeded up based on batch traceability information (labels on the product), photos, videos, and product samples.
Through technical support, customers can access the technical specifications of our entire Santa Maria product portfolio, as well as quality reports and physical-chemical analyses. This aims to meet specific legislation for papers that come into contact with food and other needs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Santa Maria has a technical assistance team that works to provide the best service for all its customers’ needs. One of our unique offerings is in-company (on-site) technical training, designed to provide guidance on maximizing the performance of our products.
These trainings are provided free of charge to Santa Maria’s clients. Request technical training and improve your team’s knowledge for better results in your production process.
Quality Control monitors and conducts inspections at every stage of paper production, from the receiving of raw materials to the finished products, ensuring that all planned tasks are carried out as intended.
