In addition, it provides remote or local support to clients about any divergence regarding the quality of Santa Maria´s paper products, detected either upon receiving or during the use of the material. This treatment is performed in the shortest possible time and can be streamlined through the batch traceability info (labels contained on the product), photos, videos, and/or product samples.
In order to satisfy the specific legislation on paper that comes into contact with food, technical specifications on Santa Maria’s entire product portfolio, quality reports and physical-chemical reports can all be obtained through technical support. These and anything else the clients need will be available to them in order to assist in complying with any legislation required.
